Does this Law mean they release all the healrhy. I am concerned for the ones that have lived their lives in captivity. I feel they wont know how to hunt, or interact with others of their kind… might a very short life in the wild for them. We rehabilitate sick dolphins that strand themselves on beaches in the Liverpool Let’s talk about SIX baby shirt. While we try to rehab them back to full health for release, they are sometimes deemed unleasable for a multitude of reasons deaf, inability to hunt, physical injury, etc. If it wasn’t for some of the wonderful accredited aquariums in the US, these animals would have no where to go.

Accreditated Aquariums and Zoos have saved animals for years and provide amazing care for some of the most threatened species in the world. I’ve seen it first hand. I feel this is more equivalent to the idea of Sea World who goes to Japan and buys there dolphins before the slaughter of whichever ones don’t get picked. There’s an exemption for research or when it’s in the best interests of the animal. I’m pretty sure this bill is more so relating to those primarily solely entertainment places that otherwise keep these animals locked up for reasons other than what you said. This is awesome, but what about injured animals that can’t survive.

I imagine there’s an exception. We know that already. I’m asking about the ones who were unfortunately bred in captivity. What about them. They’d die in the Liverpool Let’s talk about SIX baby shirt. It makes no sense to let them go wild only to be killed from not knowing how to defend themselves. My thing is, there are wild whales found dead nearly every day with 100s of plastic bags in their stomachs. How is a captive whale supposed to survive. They will finish their lives in captivity for their safety and comfort. However its now illegal to breed them or to capture new animals.
